RETURNS, REFUNDS & REPLACEMENTS
We offer 30 day free replacement on any faulty product. If 30 days have gone by since the order of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a replacement.
To do so, please send us a photo of the product with short description of the damage.
Any changes or cancellations will be denied after 24 hours of purchase as the order had gone into production. That time period might be reduced should the order be shipped within the first 24 hours after order placement.
Please ensure that you order the correct size as we do not offer exchanges or returns.
In case of missing / not received /lost package, which can happen during shipment, we will investigate and there after send a replacement item or refund if the originally ordered item is unavailable.
